What we collect

When you join the waitlist or place an order, we collect only what's needed to deliver your network:

• Contact details — the email address you provide.
• Order details — the number of nodes, your node names, your primary use case, and any notes you add.
• Payment confirmation — processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store card numbers or secrets; we receive only the confirmation needed to fulfill your order.

What we do with it

Your details are used exclusively to: deliver your software and configuration, keep in touch about your order, provide support when you ask for it, and send occasional product updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.

What we never do

• We do not run third-party ad trackers or analytics pixels on this site.
• We do not build advertising profiles from waitlist information.
• We do not share your details with anyone except the payment provider that processes your order.

Data retention

We keep waitlist and order records only as long as needed to support your network (for example, to re-send your configuration or help with support requests). If you no longer want us to hold your information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or have us delete the information we hold about you at any time. For any of these requests — or any privacy question — message us on our Discord.
